Alana De La Garza has earned a reputation on the television. De La Garza, a Mexican American father and Irish American mother, was born in Columbus Ohio on June 26 in 1976. The next year was not long after when she relocated to Texas. There, she embarked on a profession in physical therapy. De La Garza stayed in Texas just a few months before she moved into Orlando Florida. She took on a variety of character roles including commercials and local independent movies. She quickly found her passion to perform despite the minor roles. After 2001, she relocated to New York where her first appearance was on the All My Children's soap in the role of Rosa Santos. In the beginning of 2000, she acted minor roles on JAG Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men. In 2004 she was cast as her first part of a series in The Mountain, a short-lived television drama. She played Maria Serrano and De La Garza had the privilege to share the screen with some famous TV actors like Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. Her most memorable role came in 2006 on Law & Order where she appeared as A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. She was on for 85 of the episodes. The character later re-entered the short-lived sequel Law & Order: LA. De La Garza has received numerous nominations for her character including Best Supporting Actress Television Imagen Foundation Awards or even ALMA Award nominees. She won the Impact Award in 2008 for her performance that stood out on the dramatic TV series of National Hispanic Media Coalition. In the next few days, De La Garza was cast for CSI Miami in a recurring character. She was Marisol Delko's wife and David Caruso's character Horatio Caine. Her most recent TV appearance was with NBC's rather dramatic dark drama Do No Harm as Dr. Lena Solis. The show was ended after two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. The actress is of Italian heritage and is the younger sister of Cory who is ten years older than her. Her family was the strictest and most religious family. Milano started her acting career when she was seven years old. Babysitters took her along to an audition for her very first time. She was one of the four girls selected from among more than 1,000 aspirants. Milano performed in television advertisements as well as off Broadway shows, including the very first American musical version of Jane Eyre.
